How to request deletion of your epione.net account via the epione.net app
You are able to request deletion of your epione.net account via our epione.net patient companion app.
1. This option is available via navigating to your “My Profile” screen from the sidebar menu.
2. From here you can navigate to the edit profile screen via the edit icon on the top right.
3. Here you will have the option to “Delete epione.net Account” under the “Account Settings” section.
Requesting deletion via email
If you do not have access to or are otherwise unable to download the epione.net patient companion app, you can send a request for removal to support@epione.net from the email address you are registered with.
If you are only registered with a phone number, send the above mail and include your phone number for us to identify your account.
What happens when you request account removal
After requesting removal our support team members may contact you and send an OTP to the registered email/phone number which will need to be provided in order to ensure ownership of the account.
When you request removal your patient record and any other data we have on record will be bundled and provided to you before being purged from our storage.
Any case or medial records required by medical practitioners that is related to you and your patient profile will be bundled and provided to them as per their legal requirements of data retention. Once this data has been provided to these medical practitioners it will be purged from our storage.
